Protecting biodiversity while ensuring maritime safety: a challenge we’re tackling with innovation and commitment.

This Thursday, our CEO Vincent CARRIER had the pleasure of representing our team at the “Ship/Whale Collisions Workshop” held in Brest, in collaboration with Greenov. This event brought together key stakeholders from the maritime and marine conservation sectors to address a still under-recognized issue: ship strikes on whales.

In response to the ecological emergency and the need to innovate, we presented our marine anticollision detection solution, designed to help prevent whale-ship collisions using cutting-edge embedded technologies:

👉 180° panoramic camera for wide-area detection
👉 Gyrostabilized ball for accurate identification in challenging conditions
👉 On-board vision computer with AI for real-time data processing
👉 Ruggedized display for reliable image and alert visualization directly on board

Designed for commercial vessels, ferries, yachts, and research ships, our solution promotes safer navigation and greater protection of marine life.

This workshop was a great opportunity to engage with experts, researchers, and maritime operators—all committed to evolving practices and integrating innovative technologies into surveillance and navigation systems.
